Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This policy explains what Home Systems with Sue LLC ("Home Systems with Sue," "we," "us") collects when you use the Home Systems with Sue app (the "App"), our website at https://www.homesystemswithsue.com, our emails, and our courses (together, the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, so it uses plain language. Where a law gives you specific rights, the section for your region says how they work here.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the App to run your household: your name and email, the names and ages of the people in your home, tasks, notes and worksheet answers.
  • Some worksheets let you record sensitive details about your family, such as a child's allergies or medications. Those fields are optional. If you fill them in, they are stored only for your household.
  • We sell access levels, not your data. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
  • Everyone who joins your household with your family code can see everything in that household.
  • You can download your household's data and delete your account or your whole household from inside the App at any time.
  • The App loads no advertising trackers unless you agree to them in the cookie notice. If you decline, nothing changes about how the App works.

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by Home Systems with Sue LLC, a limited liability company in Mississippi, United States. You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at 296 Beauvoir Rd. Ste 100 #5527, Biloxi, MS 39531. For privacy laws that use the term, we are the "controller" of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your first name, email address and a password. Our sign-in provider stores the password in hashed form; we never see it. We also record the date you accepted the Terms of Service and this policy, and which version you accepted.

Household information you enter. The App exists to hold what used to live in your head, so most of what we store is what you and your family type in: a household name; the names, roles (adult, kid, other) and ages of the people in your home; tasks, due dates, notes and who each task is assigned to; and your worksheet answers from the course. Some worksheets ask for details about other people, such as a teacher's name and email, a pediatrician's phone number, or a caregiver's contact information. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about other people.

Sensitive information you choose to enter. The School and Activity Command Center worksheet includes optional fields for a child's allergies, medications, health conditions, emergency medication at school, and IEP or 504 plan status. Other worksheets may invite you to describe stress, capacity or family dynamics in your own words. You decide whether to fill these in. We store them only so you can see and print them, we never use them for advertising or profiling, and they are deleted with your household. If you would rather keep medical details on paper, leave those fields blank; the rest of the worksheet works without them.

Purchases. When you buy an access level, the order is taken by Go High Level and its payment processor, not by the App. We receive your email address, the product you bought, an order reference and, if the order form collected it, your name, so we can unlock your household. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Course progress. Which lessons you have marked complete, tied to your account.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records the technical details every web service records: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, timestamps and error logs. The App stores a sign-in token and a few preferences (for example, whether you dismissed a tip) in your browser's local storage so the App works. This storage is essential and is not used to track you.

Communications. If you email support, we keep the email and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of what was done.

Advertising and analytics, only with your consent. If we turn on the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising, the App asks for your consent in a cookie notice before the pixel loads. See section 8.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or anything from your device beyond what you type in.

3. Children

The Services are for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children do not get accounts: a parent or guardian adds them by name and age, assigns their tasks, and shows or prints their lists for them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where that is the age of consent, such as in parts of the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has created an account, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Information a parent enters about a child is the parent's household data. It is visible only to the members of that household and to our staff for support and maintenance, it is never used for advertising, and it is deleted when the household is deleted. If you are a parent and want a child's information removed, delete it in the App or email us.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide the Services: run your household's shared lists, save your worksheet answers, sync between your family's phones, and print lists;
  • create and secure your account, confirm your email, and let you reset your password;
  • unlock the level your household bought and keep a record of that purchase;
  • respond to support requests and notify you about your account (for example, a purchase confirmation or a change to these documents);
  • send you emails about the course and our offers, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link;
  • keep the Services safe, prevent abuse, and debug problems;
  • measure our advertising, only where you have consented (section 8); and
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and other places that ask for them). Providing the Services and your purchases is necessary to perform our contract with you. Security, support and product improvement rest on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Marketing emails rest on your consent or, for existing customers, on our legitimate interest in telling you about similar products, always with an easy way to opt out. Any health-related details you enter are processed only with your explicit consent, which you give by filling in those optional fields and can withdraw by deleting them. Advertising cookies and pixels are used only with your consent.

5. Who can see your information

Your household. Anyone who joins your household with your family code sees the same tasks, worksheets, family list and access level. Adults in the household can add, edit and delete household data. Treat the family code like a password: it is shown on the Family page, and you can make a new one at any time, which stops the old one from working.

Service providers. We use a small number of companies to run the Services, each under contract to use personal information only for us:

  • Lovable and Supabase: hosting, the database, sign-in and the emails that confirm your address or reset your password. Data is stored in the United States.
  • Go High Level and its connected payment processor: our website, order pages, purchase records and marketing emails.
  • Meta Platforms: only if you consent to the Meta Pixel (section 8).

Our staff. We can access the database to keep the Services running, fix problems and respond to your requests. We do not browse household content otherwise.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety, or to enforce our Terms.

Business changes. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy, and we will tell you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Your choices and rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can:

  • See and correct your information by opening the App. Everything you entered is editable.
  • Download your household's data: open the account menu and choose "Download my data." You get a file with your household, family list, tasks, worksheet answers and course progress.
  • Delete your account: account menu, "Delete my account." Your login is removed. If you are the last signed-in adult in your household, the household and everything in it is deleted too.
  • Delete your household: account menu, "Delete our household." This removes the household and all of its tasks, worksheets and family members for everyone.
  • Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email. We will still send emails you need, like a password reset.
  • Change cookie choices using the Cookie settings link in the App footer (shown when advertising cookies are in use).

You can also make any of these requests by emailing [email protected]. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, usually by replying to the email on the account, and respond within 30 days (45 days where California law applies, with notice if we need more time). We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. Region-specific information

European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We are based in the United States and our providers store data there. Where the law requires safeguards for that transfer, we rely on the standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms our providers offer.

California. In the last 12 months we collected the categories described in section 2: identifiers (name, email, IP address), account and commercial information (purchases), internet activity (technical logs), and the household and family content you enter, which can include sensitive personal information you choose to provide. We use them for the purposes in section 4 and disclose them to the service providers in section 5. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you consent to the Meta Pixel, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings; the App honors the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against, which you exercise as described in section 6. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of authorization.

Other US states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia) have similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their information and to opt out of targeted advertising, exercised as described in section 6. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response.

Canada. We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent and for the purposes described here, as required by PIPEDA and provincial laws. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual limits, and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Your information is stored in the United States and may be accessible to authorities there.

Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us. Your information is disclosed to service providers in the United States. You may ask for access or correction, and you may complain to us first and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Cookies, local storage and the Meta Pixel

Essential storage. The App keeps your sign-in session and a few preferences in your browser's local storage. Without it you could not stay signed in. This storage is not used for tracking and no consent is required for it.

Advertising measurement, with consent. When we run ads on Facebook or Instagram, we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to learn which ads led to sign-ups. The pixel is off by default. When it is enabled, the App shows a cookie notice; the pixel loads only if you accept, and you can change your mind in Cookie settings. If you accept, Meta receives the pages you visit in the App, the fact that an account was created, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email so Meta can match it to your account there. Meta's use of that information is described in its own privacy policy. Our website and order pages, which run on Go High Level, have their own cookie notice.

If you decline, the App works exactly the same.

9. How long we keep information

  • Household and account information: for as long as your account or household exists. When you delete them, they are removed from the live database right away and from backups within 30 days.
  • Purchase records: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting.
  • Support emails: up to 3 years.
  • Technical logs: up to 90 days, kept by our hosting provider.
  • Consent records (terms acceptance, cookie choices): for as long as your account exists, plus the period needed to show we had consent.

10. Security

All traffic between your device and the App is encrypted (HTTPS), and our hosting provider encrypts the database at rest. Every table in the database has access rules so that a household can only read and change its own data, and those rules have been tested. Sign-in requires a confirmed email address and a password of at least eight characters. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else and keep your family code private. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

11. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers store information there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Section 7 describes the safeguards we rely on.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top, and for meaningful changes we will tell you in the App or by email before they take effect. The version of the policy you accepted at sign-up is recorded on your account.
