Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Home Systems with Sue LLC ("Home Systems with Sue," "we," "us") for the Home Systems with Sue app (the "App"), our website at https://www.homesystemswithsue.com, our courses and everything else we provide (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, buying an access level or using the Services, you agree to them. Please read them, especially sections 8 and 11, which affect your legal rights.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase. Accounts are for you personally. Children do not get accounts: an adult in the household adds them by name and age, assigns their tasks and shows or prints their lists for them. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to set up the household.

2. Your account and your household

You agree to give us accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

A household is a shared space. Anyone who joins with your family code sees the household's tasks, worksheets, family list and access level, and any adult in it can add, change or delete that information. You decide who gets the code. You can make a new code at any time from the Family page, which stops the old one from working, and you can remove people who do not have their own login. Each login belongs to one household at a time.

3. What the Services include

The App has a free level and paid levels. The free level includes the task list and Brain Dump, family sharing, the dashboard, printable lists, and the Welcome and Day 1 lessons of the 5-Day Calm Home Challenge. Paid levels add lessons, worksheets and bonus resources as described on the Upgrade page at the time you buy. We may add, change or retire features, and we will not remove a paid feature from a household that bought it without offering a fair alternative or a refund.

The free level has no end date. We may change what the free level includes for new sign-ups in the future; we will tell existing households before any change that affects them.

4. Purchases and access

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the Upgrade page and our order pages. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and are taken by Go High Level and its connected payment processor under their terms; we do not see your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.

Access belongs to the household: when one adult buys, everyone who has joined with the family code gets the same level. A purchase is tied to the email address used at checkout, so use the same email you sign in with. If it does not unlock within a few minutes, email us with your order details and we will fix it.

5. The 30-Day Calm Guarantee and refunds

If you buy a paid level and it does not lighten the load, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. A refund returns the household to the free level; your tasks, family list and worksheet answers stay. Refunds are made to the original payment method and can take several days to appear.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia or another place with consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms limits those rights. In the EU and UK you have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, which you keep in full here because our guarantee is longer. In Australia our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

6. Your content

Everything you and your family type into the App is yours. You give us permission to store, display and back it up so the Services can work, including showing it to the members of your household. You are responsible for what you enter, including information about other people such as teachers, doctors or caregivers, and you confirm you have the right to enter it. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Our content

The lessons, worksheets, guides, bulletins, designs and everything else we wrote or made are owned by Home Systems with Sue LLC and protected by copyright. When you buy an access level, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own household, including printing it for use at home. You may not copy, share, sell, publish or redistribute it, use it to build a competing product, or remove our notices from it. Sharing your family code with people outside your household to give them the course is not allowed.

8. This is education, not professional advice

The Services teach home systems and routines. They are educational and are not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship with us. The worksheets that let you record health details about your family are tools for your own organization; they are not a substitute for a doctor's records. If you are in crisis or someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to enter information about people you have no right to share, to interfere with the Services or other households, to reverse engineer the App, or to access another household's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

10. Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting your account from the account menu; deleting your household removes it for everyone in it. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 6 through 13 survive the end of the agreement.

11. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

We work hard to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you entered or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result. This does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email [email protected] first; most issues are solved within a few days. If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the United States, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top and, for meaningful changes, tell you in the App or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, delete your account before the change takes effect and, if it affects a purchase you made within the last 30 days, ask us for a refund.

15. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
